I don't have a complete thought for this yet, but it is interesting that in episode 5 before she says that ghosts have unfinished business, Lilia states that "emotion ties them to this plane"--
Agatha died during an incredibly emotional moment, crying as she kissed the woman she had been fleeing from for years. Agatha who has so many unpacked, unprocessed emotions as she's avoided really sitting with them for years. She hid behind the Darkhold to be invulnerable.
I really think that's like an interesting thread to explore with her as a ghost for a potential season 2. Not just mentoring Billy and fulfilling that part of her that has always wanted to raise a protege in a way she never was. But also maybe unlike this first season where in a lot of ways it was Agatha's Avoidant All Along, we actually get to see her unpack some things (which I would imagine largely revolve around Nicky and even moreso Rio (given she began to process a little bit around Nicky in the first season)).

can't express accurately how happy it makes me that c.s. lewis did not leave room for many interpretations in narnia. it's christian and you can't get around it. susan chose to care more about worldly things than what matters and he said what he said. the lion is Jesus. evil is evil and good is good and people have to choose. and that makes some readers angry because it's nearly impossible to ignore and they want to ignore it. they want it to be something else and they can't make it something else without making it not narnia. love that. that is doing it right

"You have such great people skill! I am too abrasive, I'm not good at that."
Mate it doesn't exactly come naturally ok. My agoraphobic ass is, by default, spectacularly off-putting, a terrible conversationalist and account of hating having to make conversations, and really abrasive because "why are you still talking" and "so can I stop the conversation like, now?" is always on the tip of my tongue and will jump out of my mouth if I don't clamp down on it.
I think some people naturally have people skills ? But also many just LEARN them, the way you learn any skill. And you can have good people skills without enjoying interacting with people. You can have decent people skills even when conversation and people still does not make sense. You can absolutely bullshit your way into people skills because a lot of it is surface-level interactions that are virtually always the same. Lots of books, workbooks and manuals today will breakdown how to hold a conversation in various environments - and learning how to do it, even if I don't enjoy it and it still makes very little sense to me why we do things that way and it is still stressful and I would much rather NOT do any of it is a LIFESAVER.
What I am saying is, treat "people skills" like "basic cooking skills" or "cleaning skills". It doesn't matter if you don't enjoy it, if you are not interested in digging deeper, if it doesn't come off naturally, if the result is not outstanding, whatever. You just need these basics to get by in life, and it will make your life so much more easier. Getting started in the hardest part, it's intimidating, and you are super aware that you do NOT have the skills that every seems to have. Cooking skills approach: start small, start somewhere, read about it, and go from there.

#does it sound bad of me to say that i'm worried about doing bad not because of myself but because i think my classmate might mess me up#just one of them#the one that always talks and yells over everyone so you can never get a single word in & makes racist ''jokes''#my improv teacher gave us the advice that we should yell over her if she's ''overpowering'' us (bc she won't fucking listen to him)#but i tried that and she's like my mom she just gets louder#the teacher also let us know that stereotypes and racism isn't ok but who fucking knows what she'll come up with#she wants every scene to herself and every person who's in a scene with her looks physically uncomfortable#i'm going to try my best to avoid her#i'm sure if i was more talented i'd know how to navigate the situation but all it does is piss me off & make me stumble on my words#.bdo
